    Today, The 71st Independence Day
    On 1947 August 14 midnight:"At the stroke of midnight hour, when the world sleeps,India will awake to life and freedom" it is the words in famous speech of Jawaharlal Nehru on the first Independence Day when the Indian flag flowing in Red fort.

    This Flag giving the sarifice,Unity,freedom and power of independent India. Our freedom is a result of hard working and life sacrifice of lot of brave land lover people to the motherland 'Bharathamatha'.For about 190 years British ruled India with a lot of cruelty and exploitation.A lot of strikes and oppositions of Indians are suppressed by their 'Firing Guns'.Many Indian Kings and Leaders are struggled for their existence. But British used so many tricks for make people enemy with each other by spreading the fire of religious factor etc.They tried to cut into so many pieces.It was the 'Separating rule of British'.They tried to break the culture and uniformity of India.Because No one can exploit India without breaking these qualities of Indians.So first,In order to catch the education they spread the English Language in all over the country. They stole many many precious things of our country belonging to our great culture. They bribe many kings and peoples for their easy tax collection.

    Even India got freedom,British have the satisfaction that they already broken the cultured mind of Indian.

    Anyway ,at end of the British era in India , We got freedom from foreign powers. We gained it by a great struggle. We cannot forget the famous freedom fighters like Mahathma Gandhi, father of our nation, Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar patel, Bala Gangadharathilak, Bhagathsing, Subhashchanra Bose, Rabindranatha Tagore ,etc.

    They are the soul of India , they are the Builders of Independent India.So we must salute them first in this situation.

    Also we must think about current situations of our country. After independence India improved a lot and competing with other nations.But India is facing a lot of problems like Terrorism,corruption,overpopulation,over influence of foreign culture,Environmental pollution..etc.These are our new rulers.So we must start a Second Indian Independence war against these villains.I kindly requesting you people by point out the word of Gandhiji,please Do for progress of our nation or Die.

    Dear Friends,

    At the outset of the speech, I would extend my well- wishes to you all on this auspicious occasion of 65th Independence Day of India. Our country is a very big country with lot of diversities like religion, caste, creed, region and language. This day is celebrated by every Indian irrespective of his religion, caste, creed, region, and lingual group. This spirit of 'unity in diversity' was at the root of getting freedom from the British rule. This is the spirit that kept our country as a unit for last 72 years. This is the spirit which is making our country an economic power and a super power to be reckoned with. This spirit did not build in a day. But, it is the hard work of our foresighted leaders during the period of freedom struggle. Mahatma Gandhi and his followers instill the confidence in the people from all the diversities that their unity is the foremost requirement of freedom and independence. Our unity worked and the British rule ended on 15th of August 1947. I take this opportunity to salute these freedom fighters who put their lives at stake for the country and lived up to the spirit of unity.

    After achieving the independence, our great leaders cherished the ethos of freedom movement in the Constitution of the nation. We are secular democratic republic and our constitution guarantees the dignity of the individual to strengthen the unity and integrity of the nation. Our constitution is the document respected by every Indian.

    We have to remain cautious from the disruptive plans of some corrupt politicians and persons of vested interest who are raising the parochial issues to damage the national fabric of unity and integrity. Some anti-national forces are using corruption and terrorism as the tools to retard our economic development and prosperity of the country. 

    Today is the most opportune day to redeem our pledge for unity and integrity of the nation. We also pledge to stand united against corruption and terrorism.

    Honourable chief guest, respected seniors and my dear friends,

    It is a moment of great pleasure and pride for me that I have got an opportunity to speak a few words today, on this occasion of Independence Day. 15th August is the day, we Indians are very proud of. It is this day when we got freedom from the martinet rule of The British East India Company. If today we are breathing in this free air, it is all because of our great freedom fighters who laid their lives for the independence of our country. 

    India was a land of wealth titled as "Golden Bird". The British entered India in the name of trading and slowly with their cunning strategies started capturing our country. The policy that they used to break us was "Divide and Rule". As every one of us is aware, India is a land of diversity and the British took advantage of this. They divided us in the name of region, religion, caste and creed. We like fools got trapped in their plan and lost every bit of our land. 

    After several years when their atrocities became intolerable some revolutionists like Bhagat Singh, Chandra Shekhar Azad, Subhas Chandra Bose, Rani Laxmi Bai, Lala Lajpat Rai and many more took the bold step to fight against the British rule. One major thing they did was to make their fellow countrymen aware of the British strategy of trying to divide the country to establish their rule. After a lot of efforts they were successful to unite the Indians to fight back against the British and achieve independence. It is for this independence that these great freedom fighters happily sacrificed their lives. 

    All the way through these years our country has witnessed several ups and downs. We have seen our country prosper in the field of education, science, technology, infrastructure, agriculture and industrialization. At the same time, we have seen a no. of evil activities like some major terrorist attacks and other political scams which have led us down. But the spirit of our country still remains the same.

    Today we are here to pay tribute to the sacrifices of the great heroes and salute the spirit of unity among us. We should always remember that we are one, from Gujrat to Bengal and Kashmir to Kanyakumari. No matter how hard some smart politician try to divide us on language, region etc we should understand that this is only for some of their political advantages and not for the benefit of the country. So on this Independence Day we should take a pledge that we would work for the nation and its unity with our full dedication.

    First of all, a warm good morning to the teachers, parents and to all the students. Happy 67th Indian Independence Day to all of you.

    We all know that exactly on this day, in the year 1947, we got independence from the clutches of British who ruled India for over 200 years. This Independence didn't came to us easily. This is a result of fight of thousands of freedom fighters who had sacrificed their lives for the country. This fight continued for about 100 years since 1857 till the announcement of Independence. Many Great leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Subhash Chandra Bose, Sardar Vallabhai Patel led many great movements like Quit India movement, Civil Disobedience movements in this struggle for freedom. British had sent them to jail many times, hanged many freedom fighters to stay in the power, but the intense fight by the Indians become fruitful and led to announcement of Indian Independence. Lets salute to all those great leaders.

    At the time of Independence, there were lots of provinces, divisions in India. Sardar Vallabhai Patel, popularly known as Iron man of India had taken the lead to unite all these divisions and had succeeded in it. Dr.B.R.Ambedkar played a main role in preparing constitution for India thus providing complete Independence to India. First general elections were held and Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru had became the first prime minister of Independent India.

    In these 72 years after Independence, India have developed in all areas of Science and Technology. We had developed several missiles using our own technology. Many great Scientists, Political leaders, Economists led the country in the path of development. . We are one of the very few countries which have capability to launch the satellites by their own. But still there are lot of areas to develop and India is still a developing Nation.

    Even after these many years of Independence, our nation is facing many problems. Some of them are terrorism, Communal disputes, Economic crisis etc. Still many terrorist attacks are being occurred in the country. Country is still not economically stable. Many attacks are occurring on the women in the country. Necessary steps are to be taken regarding that.
    As India is having a unique feature of Unity in Diversity, As future citizens of India, you all should maintain this unity and help the nation in its development. You should work hard, study well and reach the peaks in your respective fields. At the same time do not forget your motherland. Do as much as you can do for the development of the nation and India can become developed nation only with all your collective work. I hope that you will fulfill your dreams , also the dreams of nation and once again Happy Independence Day to all of you .

    Good morning to all my respected teachers, parents and dear friends. Today we have gathered here to celebrate this great national event. As we all know that Independence Day is an auspicious occasion for all of us. India’s Independence Day is the most important day to all the Indian citizens and has been mentioned forever in the history. It is the day when we got freedom from the British rule after many years of hard struggle by the great freedom fighters of India. We celebrate Independence Day every year on 15th of August to remember the first day of freedom of India as well as remember all the sacrifices of the great leaders who have sacrificed their lives in getting freedom for India.

    India got independence on 15th of August in 1947 from the British rule. After independence, we got our all the fundamental rights in our own Nation, our Motherland. We all should feel proud to be an Indian and admire our fortune that we took birth on the land of an Independent India. History of slave India reveals everything that how our ancestors and forefathers had worked hard and suffered all the brutal behaviour of Britishers. We cannot imagine by sitting here that how hard the independence was for India from the British rule. It took sacrifices of lives of many freedom fighters and several decades of struggle from 1857 to 1947. An Indian soldier (Mangal Pandey) in the British force had first raised his voice against Britishers for the independence of India.
    Later several great freedom fighters had struggled and spent their whole life only for getting freedom. We can never forget the sacrifices of the Bhagat Singh, Khudi Ram Bose and Chandra Sekhar Azad who had lost their lives in their early age just for fighting for their country. How can we ignore all the struggles of Netaji and Gandhiji. Gandhiji was a great Indian personality who taught Indians a big lesson of non-violence. He was the one and only who lead India to get freedom with the help of non-violence. Finally, the result of long years of struggle came in front on 15th of August 1947 when India got freedom.
    We are so lucky that our forefathers have given us a land of peace and happy where we can sleep whole night without fear and enjoy whole day in our school or home. Our country is developing very fast in the field of technology, education, sports, finance and various other fields which were almost impossible before freedom. India is one of the countries rich in nuclear power. We are going ahead by actively participating in the sports like Olympics, Commonwealth games and Asian games. We have full rights to chose our government and enjoy largest democracy in the world. Yes, we are free and have complete freedom however we should not understand ourselves free of responsibilities towards our country. As being responsible citizens of the country, we should be always ready to handle any emergency condition in our country.
